Editing Lists and Segments is very easy. See the chapter about List editing and the chapter about Segment editing follows.

Please keep in mind, that if you amend a List or a Segment which is used in one of your scheduled campaigns or automated workflows, the new version of the List/Segment will be used when the campaign is sent without any further notice.
If you amend a List or a Segment of a campaign, that is in the process of sending (first e-mails were already sent to subscribers), the original audience is used.

Editing static List

Static List has two editable attributes:

  • name,
  • location in the Lists hierarchy, where your List is saved.

When editing a List, you can amend these two attributes. It is not possible to add or remove subscribers by editing a List.

  • You can add subscribers to a List one by one in the subscribers profile or by import
  • You can remove subscribers from a List one by one in the subscribers profile. It is not possible to remove multiple subscribers from a List at once. You will have to create a new List without the unwanted subscribers.

To start editing a List first go to List & Segments section on the left-hand side of the screen.

You will find yourself already in the Lists tab, so just click on the three dots (1) next to the List you want to edit and then on the Edit button in the option bar (2).

Editing happens in the same screen as creating

Just do the changes and click Save. Your List has been amended.

Editing dynamic Segments

Editing dynamic Segments is similar to the editing of Lists. Start in the Lists & Segments section on the left-hand side of the screen.

Go to the Segments tab by clicking on Segments button (1), find the Segment you would like to edit, click on the three dots (2) next to it and then on the Edit button in the option bar (3).

Dynamic Segments have two editable attributes:

  • name,
  • filters that specify the audience.

Editing is done in the same screen as creating.

Finish your changes and click Save. Your Segment has been amended.
